Zain was friendly, and kept me informed. Happy with the work that was carried out.

Work requested was completed promptly and they went the extra mile to get my car back the day despite delays in getting the parts. Highly recommended.

I am happy with the work they did in my car.The communication has been impeccable.
I asked them about the warranty in case there was any problem and they told me that I have three months,which I do not agree with.
I had to change the clucht three years ago when I bought the car and the garage that did the work gave me one-year warranty which is fair for such an expensive part of the car.
Overrall they have done a fantastic job.

They are absolute liars we will take it and drop it back the zain guy is a thief he charged me 74 pounds to do the mod and later when the car had to be recovered and 70 pounds he again I was told that we will recover the car, I do not recommend at all😔 I lose my money all😔

The collection window was 8-10am and I received a phone call at 920am from the driver collecting stating they were just leaving and would be an hour which meant they were 20mins late which was a little inconvenient.

The communication from Zain himself was great he let me know at 1240 that the car should be back 4/5pm. The vehicle was returned earlier than this which was good.

Initially it appeared that there was damage along the side of my vehicle. I contacted Zain and he was apologetic and willing to get the situation sorted. The driver came back to have a look and on closer inspection a majority of the marks rubbed off. The drivers attitude was that he couldn't help it if there were trees and bushes. I spoke to Zain again and he was willing to sort out a wash for it which I appreciated. He said he would speak to the driver about his attitude.

I can't really comment on the service itself as I did not witness it. They have sent a generic report, all appears fine and they have stamped the service book.

I would use Zain again as he was very professional, understanding and willing to sort any issues.

I would have reservations about my car being collected and driven away again due to the risk of damage being caused and mileage being added. This however is not an issue with Zain and his garage but how the clickmechanic service works and not really something I had considered before booking. Read more

Was great, very comunicative and explained the process all the way through including updates and timings, very pleased!

I am unable to complete the section above as I was not present at the inspection. The one star is there as your system would not let me forward this review without completion of these ratings. It is not meant as a reflection of the mechanic. As far as I am aware he has done the job as requested by yourselves.

Zain was excellent. I sent him a query, which he replied to very promptly. He also called me before the inspection to explain some things, and I asked him questions, which he answered and was very knowledgable and friendly. He also advised he would call after the inspection, which he did, and talked me through the report answering any queries I had. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Zain. He provided a really good service.
