All good - paid the price as said with no extra work needed, picked up around the time they said and returned the car when finished (though only rang when arrived at house). Signed my service book and car feels good when driving it. Happy with the service.

I never met the mechanic. He communicated by text. His communication was clear. The new alternator works fine. The car was not returned on the day of the repair because the driver responsible for it's return had to return home to deal with an emergency. It was reurned after 10 am the following day.
The colection of the car was within the time slot identified but the return was later than expected.
The repair is fine. I assume it will stay that way. I am not qualified to assess the work of a mechanic.

I did think the garage would put some windscreen soap in my washers - they didn't , also forgot to stamp my service - both easy things to do on the checklist which is provided of work carried out so, I am a bit dubious as to what they actually did do.
Also the gentleman that brought my car back must have had grubby hands as my hands were dirty after i'd driven it home, I had to clean the steering wheel gearstick and handbrake etc
Usually when you've had a mot , you find the seat belts plugged in when you get the car back - they weren't. A bit of a head scratcher for me really.

Absolutely perfect experience completely exceeded my expectations my car needed a service and MOT. Prompt service booked click-mechanic received confirmation . Received a confirmation call day before to confirm times. Jim came to collect my car as agreed took it to the garage and delivered it back to me at home. Very professional and such a seamless process no hassle further more competitive on price.
