Andrei was good at letting us know his arrival time, did the work fast and well, showed us the worn out break pads and explained about them, what was good was he said the discs were ok, Many time you change the pads and garages say "ohhh you need new discs aswell"

good communication with running late to find a clutch kit for my car (it's old so harder to find) was done in 2 hours showed me the old clutch. hopefully don't have to spend any more on this car now. cheers mate

Unprofessional‼️ Never ring me to tell me when he is arriving home. My wife pass on the message to me that he came home. Never report to me what is going on. He told my wife the problem but my wife don’t know anything about car. Never suggested a solution or when he wilback to fix it or not? I was hoping to know or an answer asap because I am taking my daughter to Heathrow airport at 5am as she leaving to Australia. Now I have to hire a car £131. And lastly he told my wife to ring AA to come and fix it. This is absolutely unprofessional‼️💯It is disgraceful. I had other mechanic before and he was very professional and I gave him a 5 start review. This mechanic has ruin my day and my plan to take my daughter to Heathrow.
