yes his scanner is better than mine i just needed to know what sensor was faulty we found it so i will replace it tomorrow

Friendly, knowledgeable, found the problem. After parts ordered, was able to come back promptly and make the repair in a timely manner.

This mechanic was on site 20 mins he did nothing to help,plugged in his diagnostic machine waited 15mins for a WiFi signal told me 15 things wrong with it then said he's not an electrician and can't fix it. An abs joke as I know how to work these and saw it's an ecu problem yet he could not tell me this. This guy is a tryer and I will be reporting him and this company £78 for a plug up. He thought checking my water and oil would impress me,I'm abs livid.... You obviously don't vet your staff!!!

Couldn't assess his skills as he didn't do anything.
Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.
Done and dusted in 20 minutes.
Quickest hundred quid I've ever spent.
Will never use again.

Yes it's his 2nd opinion that has helped us .really punctual nice man seem to know what was talking about. And advised issue help us go back to garage who did original job
