Samuel arrived on time and was very friendly. He asked a few questions relating to the problem I had experienced with the brakes and then explained what he was going to do initially to rectify the defect. Sam also explained that there could be further problems on investigation of the brakes. I was really impressed with the way that Samuel handled the repair and if I could specify Samuel for any future problems I would.
