Can't fault the service received. Can definitely feel the difference post service. Highly recommended, will definitely use again

There was no communication. I had to phone them up to see where my car is. Was ment to get the car back the same day and never did, they told me that my car would be back 9 o'clock the next morning and didn't get it back until 11 o'clock. I'll never going back to this garage again........

The mechanic was late collecting my car and promised to get it back late afternoon, which he did.
He was definately knowledgeable and after inspection of the car when it returned he had done a good job. I would definitely use him again.

Got the job done, no problem with that.
However was an hour and a half late from the end timeframe I was given. Then took him hours to complete a 20min job. I was planning on returning to work in the afternoon, but that ended up not being possible (My timeslot was 8am-10am)

Service was excellent. Phoned me the day before to let me know there I will be a delay in picking my car up. Once they had taken my car away, it took a couple of hours to return as had major service and MOT. Pictures up loaded of new parts installed. Very happy.
