They missed the 08:00 -10:00 window although they mentioned at 9:45 they were running a couple of hours behind. Heard nothing from then until 14:15
When I enquired about the refund policy in case they didn’t turn up, they responded by messaging me and then came out 20 mins later. I don’t realise they could see my general enquiry but I felt forgotten about until I chased. Good job I did. Or so I thought. When the car was returned the oil was still black which shouldnt be the case with a full oil change and the filter still appeared to be the same one as before. My concern is they ran out of time and just topped up the oil instead of doing my full oil and filter change so I could get the car back same day, which was a requirement. I obviously have no proof of this and now need to pay all over again (£157 with Kwik fit) to have it inspected to satisfy my concerns. When I asked why the oil would still appear black and filter appear dirty therefore not new, I was offered to go to the garage and they will drain the oil in front of me so I can see. This doesn’t answer my question as if they just topped up the oil then it would have a slightly better appearance anyway. I’m not at this point accusing anyone I just haven’t had sufficient answers to my questions and their offer to appear at their garage under this cloud would only cause confrontation which again does not resolve my issue. At this point I’m massively unimpressed. After my third party inspection, if I’m wrong, I will update my feedback but I’m now weary of using this service again due to this first experience.
