I recently had some essential work done on my car by Baz the mechanic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He replaced both lower control arms and track rod ends, fitted two new tyres, and did a wheel alignment (tracking).

From the start, Baz was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what needed doing.

The work itself was completed to a high standard, and you can tell Baz takes pride in what he does. He even went the extra mile to show me the old parts and explain the wear and tear they had experienced.

Since having the work done, my car feels like new again! The steering is much more responsive, there are no more strange noises, and the ride is noticeably smoother. I feel much more confident and safe driving now.

No.problems with mechanic or work undertaken, it seems there was an issue with obtaining one part needed but some motor manufacturers are quite picky and don't like providing parts to independent mechanics that are not.part.of their franchise etc. But their are ways around that if your patient.
