Ryan followed the instructions for collecting the car as I was at work and even when found a secondary problem with another broken part which was informed about, however didn't charge for that part but just added a little more labour.
Once completed returned my car to home address with keys through letter box.

Found water leak on customers vehicle. Pipe chaffing move pipe and it exploded. Replaced with metal connector
