After being ignored by Marcel for an entire week, he conveniently decided to respond to my WhatsApp message right after I posted my recent review below.

He asked me to delete my comment if I wanted a refund for the faulty car battery he installed, which I declined, as he has already proven to me that he cannot be trusted. Then, he deleted his WhatsApp message, but it was pointless since I had already taken a screenshot.

He then went on to say, "Believe me, you are the loser, you will need me in the future."

Is this really how mechanics talk to their customers?!

Marcel is unprofessional, deceitful, and a fraud.

It’s truly embarrassing that he’s willing to ruin his reputation for the sake of avoiding a refund on a faulty car battery that he claimed was new. Despite boasting about over five years of experience at BMW in Stuttgart, Germany, with a merit graduation, he failed to register the battery or reset the BMW computer. Marcel was responsive to all our questions, the work he did on our BMW was a big job but due to his experience with BMW’s we felt happy to know that we could trust him with this job for our car. Timing chain replaced, very good price, car collected and driven back and all in excellent working order. We have never used this site before but feel very happy now knowing we have someone local to us who can look after our car.
