Marcel was great he diagnosed the problem, he a health check and told me the cost of repair from £100-150 for the cable and Labour, he then arranged for the car to be picked up with recovery, once it’s repaired I’ll collect it.

Timing chain changed and additional jobs carried out. Videos and photos of the job shown as proof plus the rattling noise from the engine and misfiring disappeared. Job carried out on time as promised.

Marcel was great kept in touch showed videos of the problem and video of the fix. Very polite would definitely use him again

Marcel came and diagnosed the issue with my Nissan Qashqai and took time to explain the issue. He managed to fix my car, replacing the timing belt, at my house! Couldn't have been happier. Let's just say, he knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend Marcel for fixing cars.

After being ignored by Marcel for an entire week, he conveniently decided to respond to my WhatsApp message right after I posted my recent review below.

He asked me to delete my comment if I wanted a refund for the faulty car battery he installed, which I declined, as he has already proven to me that he cannot be trusted. Then, he deleted his WhatsApp message, but it was pointless since I had already taken a screenshot.

He then went on to say, "Believe me, you are the loser, you will need me in the future."

Is this really how mechanics talk to their customers?!

Marcel is unprofessional, deceitful, and a fraud.

It’s truly embarrassing that he’s willing to ruin his reputation for the sake of avoiding a refund on a faulty car battery that he claimed was new. Despite boasting about over five years of experience at BMW in Stuttgart, Germany, with a merit graduation, he failed to register the battery or reset the BMW computer. I sincerely hope he plans to use the money he’s defrauded from customers to retake his exams properly. Read more
