The mechanics friendly and did a good job but click mechanic need to by more up to date with there prices as job cost more than quoted

George was fantastic, friendly, got the work done in a timely manner and kept me updated, the car is good as new.

The work entailed replacing the sparks plugs as recommended after 30,000 miles.

I chose ClickMechanic because of the price, which was cheaper than Audi had quoted. However the price changed and went up by £50 due to it taking longer than had been anticipated and estimated for.
As such the final price was almost the same as Audi has quoted me (and that price would not have changed)

So I've have made no saving whatsoever and could have just let Audi perform this task, when the vehicle was in for it's service.

I don't even know if the new spark plugs were Audi genuine/recommended parts?

Also it was not made clear me that the original quote could change.

You had the make & model of the vehicle so you should know how long the job of replacing spark plugs will take.

Needless to say, I'm not an overly happy customer
