The mechanic and the chap who picked up and dropped off my car were very friendly. They were able to pick up the additional work with ease. Kept me informed of the progress where needed.

Adeel was very friendly and helpful . He diagnosed the problem but after spending some time on the vehicle he was unable to repair it as it needed a specialist service ( hydraulic removal of a seized fuel injector ). I had suspected this was necessary but it was worth asking Adeel to give it a go especially as he didn’t subsequently charge me for labour ! Thankyou .

I had a terrible experience with this mechanic and lost all trust in ClickMechanic. My car was picked up just before 2 p.m. and agreed to be returned between 6 and 7 p.m. (It was a full service and MOT.)

When I arrived at 7 p.m., there was no call from the mechanic or my car. I had to call him myself to find out what was happening. He told me that there was a small crack on my windscreen, which I had for years without any issues during my previous MOT tests. I didn’t receive my car until 8:12 p.m.

In addition to the crack, there were several other quality issues. The coolant and windscreen washes weren’t topped up, which is standard for a full service. I can only imagine what else he didn’t do. Read more
