Simon was very friendly and investigated fully to see if there was a problem with our car. Ran many diagnostics and took it for a drive around. Luckily no faults showing and he advised a full service and change of spark plugs. Feel reassured that there is nothing too wrong with our car - worried that it was piston rings. Phew. Thank you.
