Lee was fantastic, really friendly guy - the repair was done in my workplace and I left Lee to sort out the issues which needed to be fixed on the van - he sorted the repair within the hour and also explained everything clearly to me and what I needed to do next - really well recommended - thanks Lee! Book appointment for Friday afternoon. Unfortunately this appointment was cancelled by the mechanic and moved to the following day.
The diagnostic test went well and he pinpointed the problem. He informed me he'd get back to me with the price for the replacement part, that was 3 weeks ago and having not from him I'm guessing he forgot or couldn't be bothered following up.
I'm happy with the diagnosis but disappointed with the after service.

Lee was great, he text me before appointment to confirm half hour slot which was great as I was at work. Called on arrival. Work carried out efficiently but he didn't rush it - everything done thoroughly. Fully explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Just really helpful! Would definitely use again. Car started first time every morning since, so thank you :)

Lee was slightly late due to foggy weather but i was kept informed via text throughout.
Work on car was to a high standard and much cheaper than main dealer.
