Lee was terrific and quickly sorted out a warranty issue that a previous mechanic had welched on. He and his colleague were very customer-oriented and explained the required work very clearly before carrying out the job in a fuss free manner. Great service.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to illness of Lee's assistant, and horrendous weather. Not really his fault. He showed empathy by doing a quick freebie repair to help with my anxiety of getting one or the other of my two sick cars back on the road asap so I could go to work. when it finally came to the crunch of changing the clutch on my Alfa, he was honest half way through the job that it was not economical due to discovered rot near suspension parts. Only charged for time to put it back together how he found the car. He even then tackled a tricky repair on my volvo that he wasnt here to do!! Great attitude, but I did have to chase him by text / calls over the busy new year period.

Apart from unavoidable delays due to missing parts and Christmas, this is a service that I shall certainly recommend to others. It was absolutely freezing cold on my driveway on January 8th and he slogged away without any complaint (well, hardly any!) for most of the day.

Very happy with the work and impressed with how easy it was to use the site. Communication was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this site to anyone.. I will be using them again. Lee was friendly and got the work done in great time.. What more can you ask for... A friendly and knowledgeable mechanic that does the work on your doorstep..
