Sorin is so polite and courteous and thorough, explaining to me what work has been needed and what has been mended.
I have used Sorin twice now and will always go back to him when my car needs it.

Found it difficult to understand him. The report is just a tick box with no written advice. He failed to notice a bad stain on one of the door cards which will cost me £2500 to replace.

Not great - I had a lot of warning lights on my dashboard after the work was carried out. They only changed the front brake pads.

I had to take it to a garage and pay £65 to run a diagnostic and clear the faults. Luckily it seems fine now.

I shouldn’t have let them carry out the work when they turned up in a taxi with their tools in the boot. Clearly not a full time mechanic.
