Poor, pads and disks changed, when car was returned it was grinding.
After 2 weeks of promises from the mechanic nothing. Click mechanic washed their hands of it saying they just introduce. Now having to pay a proper mechanic to fix the problems. Be warned and check external reviews

Firstly, there was a complete lack of communication. I booked a slot from 8 am to 10 am, but the mechanic failed to arrive on time and didn't call or message. At 10 am, I had to reach out to the mechanic myself, but received no response. After contacting ClickMechanic at 10:30 am, I finally got a call back, and the mechanic arrived around 12 pm—2 to 4 hours late!

Secondly, the full service and MOT were completed suspiciously quickly. The entire process took only an hour, despite the garage being a 10-minute drive away with no traffic. Aviod this garage!!! Dont bring your back the same day and lie about where you car is!!!!

my car was booked in for a mot and service . When i rang the garage at 3:40 i was told it was just finishing the service then will be dropped back to me . Which i thought was odd as had a email at 12:50 saying car was done. They said click mechanic always send that email when car is half way through. Then at 17:45 i rang again to see where car was and theh said stuck on the jack. Which later turns out to be another lie and the fact is that the car was done from early afternoon but no driver . Which i could off got a lift and picked car up myself if they said from early afternoon!.
