Jack was great. He straight away wanted to ask about a job I'd asked for and whether it was necessary. He took my car for a test drive to diagnose the situation. Jack honestly advised me my gearbox needed more specialist work, so didn't want to do a job that wouldn't help and charge me unnecessarily. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, would recommend

Can't believe you took nearly £150 off me for what turned out to be a £20 diagnostic, you're add said you don't take the money until the jobs done and the client is happy with the work . the work wasn't done and I deffinatly ain't happy.
