ABSOLUTE COWBOYS! Do not trust your vehicle to these ‘mechanics’. After describing the issue I had to them they took my car and made it worse… I had explained that an AA mechanic told me that it looks like a bearing failure but wasn’t sure and obviously neither was I. So rather than looking for the problem to the very obvious issue (passenger rear wheel leaning in) they just decided to replace the wheel bearing and return the car anyway- two clueless clowns delivered my car back still limping and I had to point out to them can you not see that?! That was probably the first sign at which I should’ve known these people had no idea what they were doing. So they took the car back to source the actual problem. The rear axle had completely rusted and deformed. They sent me a picture, fair enough and asked how to proceed. I asked them to please repair it at which point they explained they would need to acquire the part and need that time. More than fair I said go ahead. He roughly quoted me and I still wanted the work done. A week goes by and they call to say I also need new wheel sensors (expected) but also out of nowhere a new battery! Whatever I just wanted my car back fixed so paid the money and they delivered my car back (again) later that night @22:00. This time two other nonexistent beings that didn’t even speak English were driving. At the time as it was dark I couldn’t see much but my beloved alloys had been totally kerbed and scraped, the driver side wheel trim was hanging off, the car inside and out was filthy thanks to their disregard of other people’s possessions it was horrible. Before they took my car the first time I took a picture of the dash to capture how much fuel I had in and what the mileage was and I also did the same when I got it back- 20 miles run up on my clock, 20 miles! Ok, not major obviously they had to road test the work right? No. I took it for a drive soon after. The car was totally mis-aligned and was jus bouncing and bobbing everywhere. I went to the garage in person the next morning and waited for the boss to get there (of course he pulls up in a lovely Range). Aired my issues to them and they offered to fix what they could. When they had finished ‘aligning’ my wheels the passenger side was waaay out compared the the driver side which I had to take pictures of. Lesson learned. I didn’t even bother to contact/go back. Next day I booked in at my local KwikFit for an alignment- the guy that sorted me out said without me explaining anything to him “whoever’s been working on your car mate needs shooting, this is terrible work!”. He sorted the front wheels and explained that as my car is a FF train the rear is fixed and cannot be altered- so basically these fools have done a very shoddy repair and have just whacked this new axle on without using precise measurements to ensure is back to factory settings. I have had to take it to an actual body shop with actual professional mechanics to undo their poor work so my car is safe and I can drive it. I’m now £2000+ into a repair that should have cast less than half that and they kept the £220 for the wheel bearing job that didn’t need doing!

Initially was happy with the work. However, today realised that while my van was with the mechanic they had obviously put something distinctly heavy on the roof rack and as a result have bent the end rack and put a dent into the middle of the roof !!!

Excellent and very quick service. Car was picked up the evening before so Monzuar could start work on it the following morning. He contacted me later in the day with a video of the work being carried out so I could see exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. Car was delivered back to us that evening. Perfect and I highly recommend.

Work was carried out well and I have no complaints about this. However, my only gripe is with the punctuality. I booked an 8am-10am slot but they didn't arrive until 11.30am! After messaging the mechanic at 10am they said they were just picking the parts up and would be there before 11am but they didn't arrive until 11.30 am. I wouldn't have minded so much if I was updated along the way regarding delays but the fact I had to chase them and then they still didn't turn up after stating before 11am makes me hesitant to use this service again.

Vehicle was repaired but cost me nearly double the price and found out when the car came back they fitted USED parts, not good for over £400 especially as the shocks are only £35 each new!

Monzuar’s team changed my break discs and pads on the drive, saving the bother of taking the car in somewhere. Apart from turning up at 1pm when my booked slot was 6pm-8pm (they did come back at 7pm because I was at work, so it was more hassle for them than me), they were efficient and Monzuar returned any messages in good time.

Was absolutely fantastic. Was a bit dubious to use an online service at first, but Monzuar was brilliant from start to finish. Kept me updated throughout. His drivers were friendly too. He did point out a future potential problem but said it’s ok for now and just monitor. Unlike other garages they would have declared it needing doing there and then.

Will I be using him again. 100%, Class service from start to finish.

AVOID his repairs to my car nearly costed me my life!!! He called to say he will collect car at 9pm after me keeping calling he finally arrived after 11pm. Didn’t even knew how to put my car on his tug car saying my car doesn’t move not surprised as clutch needed replacing. Day after he keep calling me saying my cv joint is broken demanding more money. My cv joint was ok before he took my car as I had MOT recently. He delivered my car following day telling me I shouldn’t drive it as it’s not safe telling me to buy parts and book him again!!! When I tried to take my car to my trusted mechanic after he got back from holidays I only managed to get couple of feet before I noticed something was wrong!!! Not only he broke my cv joint but also my breaks and my ABS the light came up. His repairs to my car nearly cost me my life never mentioning the amount of the money it will cost me now to fix it!!!! Then he kept harassing me sending me private links to make a payment even though payment was made by click mechanic!!! Read more
