David was friendly but incredibly difficult to get hold of. Once work had been carried out on the car it felt i wasn't going to get my car back. Excuse after excuse.
I felt uneasy having paid for the job and not having my keys in my hand.
The job eventually came to more than what was quoted/agreed through CM, felt that was a bit off as well.

All in all, pretty patchy second experience of CM!
