I was very pleased with the work completed, and the manner and professionalism of the mechanic.

I would avoid Ali at all costs. Work was not completed as stated and Ali then lied about it. He was then caught out and " apologised for the inconvenience ". Oil was also spilt over the road and he hasn't been back to clean it. I don't like to leave bad reviews and I will be as honest as possible. Read on for more details.

Ali seemed nice and he called to update me on his arrival time as he would be slightly late. He was booked to do a full major service which included 71 checks and fuel filter change as well as all the normal service items.

He completed the job and during I asked if all filters were changed including the fuel filter and he said yes and would send photos with the report of all work. He spilt a large patch of oil on the road and hasn't yet returned to clean it. I was sent the report and photos but he did not take any photos of fuel filter or pollen filter and this made me suspicious.

I checked the pollen filter which was not changed. He was adament it was despite it being filthy. I also felt the area around the fuel filter was untouched and yet he told me this had been done.

I checked my ring camera and I xould see no evidence these items were replaced and no evidence or the 71 point check being done or the road test which was suppose to happen. He still lied and told me the fuel filter and cabin filter was changed.

I had the fuel filter removed and it was clear this was not done by Ali.

He apologised "for the inconvenience " and offered a partial refund which has still not been sent 7 days later.

This was clearly not an accident and he tried to cut corners on the job and lied about it hoping I wouldn't check his work. If it was a mistake an honest person would have owed up and come back to do the work.

I have photos to back this up and would be happy to share.

I would never use him or click mechanic again and i would not recommend him to anyone else.

Had a preowned car checked out prior to purchase. Gave confidence to go ahead and buy. Best option for speedy on-site assessment and advice when there are delays to access local garages.
