Very happy as garages didn't want to change plugs alone. I tried with Kwik Fit who recently done an MOT on my car but when I asked for a plug change they wasn't interested without including a service of some sort i.e. oil, filter etc. The mechanic changed the time slot to an earlier slot but turned up at the initial slot, no issues as this was booked on a Saturday which was very convenient for me. Let me watch the work which was great as I was interested and also let me keep the old plugs for evidence. Would use again simply due to convenience.
