The mechanic was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything to me. He filled up my anti freeze and checked the oil.

I’m happy with the work my car stops when I push my breaks.. I was told an hour when my car was collected even though I wasn’t informed my car was being taken anywhere to be fixed, I was under the impression it was a mobile mechanic doing the work outside my house. There was no communication when he handed my car back, absolutely nothing. When he left they tried to take more money from my bank 3 times even though I had paid in full like the website says you do. Absolutely no explanation or communication prior to them trying to take more money from me!!

Didn’t meet him as car was collected from my hotel and delivered back.
Nothing else to say. Stupid asking me to say more it’s annoying me now
