First of all it was not Moncef who fixed my car it was his employee called Walid Dawood, who had terrible English. He replaced my clutch only for my car to start leaking oil a week later. It was confirmed by an indepment garage the drive shaft seal leaking. I had to pay extra my self via an indepment garage to get this fixed as he denided an responsibility. I have also now been told that the clutch release bearing is faulty ..this is something he would of replaced! Click Mechanc say that "Safe - All work is conducted by trusted mechanics and all repairs and parts come with a FULL 12 month warranty. Moncef was on point, completed the work well and within good time. Moncef also kept the workspace clean. Moncef was approachable and answered all questions, and kept me informed of his arrival times . He was polite and professional.

He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, did all service very quick, and gave good advice!

The mechanic didn’t know why he was there. He was not at all knowledgeable. He didn’t complete a full check as described in the package I purchased and I am not at all happy with the work carried out. Moncefs communication skills are very poor. His phone conversations were difficult to understand. He also completed disregarded policy with the garage he was visiting.

Great work! Moncef finished the work quickly, understood the issue with the brakes and has solved the problem. Very friendly and polite as well.
