Our mechanic was friendly and professional. Kept us updated with what was happening. Although it is only day 1 of the repair, so far so good. Would definitely recommend.

There was damaged 1 of the suspension bolts on driver side, resulting in knocking while driving. The van was returned in this condition, then after 2 days I did visit them and they heated and tighten the bolt. As we discussed if the issue comes up again I had to go back to them to be fix. The issue occurred again, yesterday we had a chat that I will visit them today to fix the issue. Both guys just telling me to call to the other one, seems like they don't want to fix it. Also there is a oil leak from the clutch side exactly where they worked on. I'm highly disappointed.

Griffin was terrific, changed my brand pads and tested and bled them and even had a look at the gear selector too for me
