The work carried out was great, (never had commutation from the mechanic) it’s just ashame that it took 6 hours for a basic services. I was unable to get through on the phone for an update. And extra work was added onto my bill without discussing it first.
Being a single parent on a budget the extra £74 taken was an expensive I wasn’t prepared for.

Excellent work and good positive approach to the problems - they have my full confidence. My only complaint is with ClickMechanic who released payment before the car had been returned, inspected and/or accepted. Luckily the work was faultless so there were no repercussions.

Ollie was beyond lovely, kind and friendly. This is my first full car service and I'm so happy I booked it. My car is in top condition now. I'm more than happy with the work Ollie did for me.
