Car was collected after the agreed times, and the driver was polite and returned the car in good time. Could communicate more by advising of actual collection time (30 min warning) and same for the return of the car. Will test the car later.

I am not sure they did any job at all, no stamp in service book, only sing of the work is hanging in the front part of the car as they broke the screw which is very unprofessional, zero communication via whole process and no feedback on other issues I reported when they collecting the car.

With regard to your booking, you specifically requested a lower wishbone replacement along with an oil and filter change, both of which were executed as instructed. It is important to note that the majority of our drivers are not trained mechanics. Should you require additional work to be performed, we advise that you contact the garage directly or include any further requests at the time of your booking.
Furthermore, we recommend that customers leave the service book in an accessible location.
Upon completion of the work on your vehicle, our team did not observe any broken screws or similar issues.
