I had Dan come over to replace the pipe that carries the "pink fluid" from the engine to the radiator, and I couldn't be happier with his service. From the start, Dan was excellent at communicating—he explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. He came to my house, fixed the issue efficiently, and gave me great reassurance about the overall condition of my car. When he was held up a wee bit at a previous job, the communication was excellent – not only let me know in plenty of time but also offered alternate time slots if they worked out better for me.
