The mechanic didn’t come across as particularly friendly or knowledgeable, as he didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns or offer any helpful solutions. He seemed rushed and uninterested, which left me frustrated. I’m unhappy with the work because he didn’t reset the service light as requested, and he refused to check the rattling noise without charging extra. Now, I’m left with the same unresolved issues and will have to take my car to a garage to get them properly addressed.

Using someone new is always stressful but after a friend recommendation we went for it and really pleased. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Mechanic did not complete the job properly- had to have the AA come out to us a few days later. To make good the job that had not been completed properly.

Albion was booked 11.30 till 1.30 but turned up at 6.15, which wasn”t a problem to me at all, it was actually handy as I had finished work by then, and he kept in touch and checked with me before altering.
When he arrived, he went through his order, very thoroughly, he came to a conclusion of what the problem is that makes sense to me, having heard others feedback too.
Albion said he will send over his report and repair estimate, which I expect will be soon.

Albion kept me informed of when he would arrive, was polite and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. Would recommend.

I am happy with the work that had been carried out even though I had booked the time that was convenient for me I had to rearrange it for later that day as the mechanic couldn’t get there. Then 15 minutes after the rearranged time came and went I got a call to say can he come later which I couldn’t do. In the end he arrived Saturday morning and did the job.

Mechanic was very friendly and the job he carried out was very satisfying.

Albion was great! Was in constant contact to keep my updated on his time of arrival and was happy to go through what he was doing. Completed the job very swiftly with ease.
