The took the job to repair the vehicle between 4-8 on either Thursday or Friday as a mobile mechanic. They made me pay £60 to have the car collected from my drive on Thursday. They called on Friday to say it was an electric issue they couldn’t repair. I called him at 3:15 and he was driving home for the weekend, so even though I’d booked the job to be done between 4&8 on the evening it wasn’t even looked at during those times. Kept the car over the weekend and I had to go and pick it up and arrange for a recovery company to drop the car off back at my property for another £60.
So the car wasn’t fixed and I’m now out of pocket having been without a car for 5 days.

No issues at all, speedy work and everything explained clearly. Recommended

Rahman was very professional at his job. He was friendly. I had a rocker gasket changed on my Zafira, he knows he's stuff. Did the job in the time given. Well recommend this mechanic.
