He replaced both the alternator and battery, he explained he’d checked my old battery and it was still worth me keeping as a spare. everything seems to be ok except he lost my radio due to coded safety having trouble getting it restarted

OK ..... happy too ....,. This chap was .... exceptional ...... I have never ever considered, in fact didn’t even known you could get a car fixed over the “internet” ..... within two hours of making the booking, giving three days as possible, this chap phoned me and asked if he could pick the car up in two hours, he explained that he would take it away and gave me an eta to expect it back. He phoned me once when the car was on the ramp to explain what the problem was and fixed it and dropped it back bang on time. I really can’t fault this engineer, polite, punctual, knowledgable and above all a really fast and cost effective fix. Having used Volvo main dealers to service our company cars for over thirty years ......, this was another level ...... I don’t have that many cars now ....... but that engineer (sorry forgot his name) has got the business .... I’m doing this now and in future on-line and I’m telling anybody who wants to listen ..,, it’s the new normal. Edwin fixed the issue quickly and was polite and helpful. A very good genuine mechanic.

He was great, did the job perfectly and confirm I only needed pads even though id put in for discs too so save me some money.
