Collection was fine, bit later than stated but communication after that was poor, had to chase up an update as car needed to be kept until the next day to get the parts. The person who collected the car was unable to update me on cost as "not my department" then also messaged after car was apparently fixed with a message which read "£100 diagnostics" and nothing else. Was told at 3:25pm car had been fixed and released and was coming back. 5pm no car so called for an update and they didn't know where it was. Had to finish work early so wife could have my car to get to work. Long story short car arrived back at 8 pm. Gent delivering car back - Craig was extremely apologetic. There were initially issues with starting the work, but these were sorted out ASAP. The team worked late to get the car back to me. During the timing chain replacement an issues with other components were found and replaced at no additional labour costs.

I was so impressed. It was so convenient for me having my car collected and returned, and when I asked for it to be returned earlier than stated you were really helpful and friendly and went out of your way to make this happen. Would definitely recommend and will be using you again! Thank you.

Mechanic was great and he did the work efficiently! I didn’t need to go to the garage and I couldn’t as I working, so it worked out perfect for me.

Great individuals personally, however the pick up was much later & outside the designated time window and the drop off was consequently much later in the evening which disrupted my activities. I also had to keep calling and chasing to check whether the pickup was going to happen & likewise for the drop off same day. The job was done satisfactorily. I ordered a car wash and for the price charged and the quality of cleaning delivered, I reached out sharing photos of the quality of the clean and asked for a refund as I would have to clean my car again. There has since been no feedback on the request.

Very friendly happy with work carried out had over issues with vehicle which they worked on got car working but have problem with immobiliser which they have some one that can do rather than me getting it to main dealer .

Everything was good. The only problem we had was how much they were going to charge for the work. When fitting a clutch slave cylinder they also need to replace the clutch so I was worried they were going to charge me Click's prices of £466 for the slave cylinder and £355 for the clutch, £821 in total, but both these jobs have a labour cost of 3 - 4 hours which are essentially the same give or take 30 mins extra to fit the clutch because everything has already been stripped down to fit the slave cylinder. So I questioned the mechanic how much they were going to charge and he agreed they weren't going to charge the full amount to fit the clutch, just an additional cost. The same problem occurred for the parts. The £466 cost includes parts for a slave cylinder but a 3pc Clutch Kit comes already including a slave cylinder so Mr Singh agreed to exclude the parts from the slave cylinder cost and to include them as parts for the clutch otherwise I would end up paying twice for a slave cylinder. So Click mechanic really need to review the way they cost fitting a slave cylinder and to include the cost of fitting of a clutch and quote a price for fitting both at the same time. All the rest of the customer service and the work carried out by the mechanic were very good, Mr Singh was very polite at all times and the mechanic did a great job. Read more
