Friendly and polite, but was misquoted and misled by Click mechanic. Breaks ended up costing £170 more than originally quoted which was disappointing. Also paid for a full service, but a day later the washer fluid was empty. What else did they not do?

Full service and M.O.T was carried out .I did not meet my mechanic . We spoke on the phone . unfortunately The service page was not stamped or the mileage noted .I have written that on.

My mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. He arrived a little late, but gave me an estimated arrival time when I phoned him. Although he wasn't able to identify the issue during a test drive, he did identify a few issues with my vehicle that need attention. To be fair, the sound my car had been making wasn't evident to me either when I took it out for a subsequent test drive. He brought the car back to my home within a reasonable time and provided a list of checks he had done on the car.
