The car was collected on time, no phone call was received to explain the cost of the tow, which i was informed about after the work was carried out. I received a quote for £638 from click mechanic as the total price, but the garage charged me an extra £30.12, which i could not contest as it was already deducted from my account without first discussion with me.

Included in the terms and conditions of click mechanic it does state that a recovery fee is applicable if the car does not drive. We use an independent recovery service to collect any vehicles so therefore that service also needs to be paid. The extra £30.12 was explained as click mechanic stated the transmission oil was significantly less that the oil ordered for your car. We hope this doesn’t affect your view on our garage as a whole.
