I am not happy with the work carried out on my car. How does a mechanic do a check on a car without driving it? The mechanic did a pre- purchase check on my car and didn’t test drive the car. This is totally unacceptable.
He said the car did not have tax and insurance cover. When I checked, the car had.
This is so disappointing.
