Checked ware and need for replacement of brake pads.
You MUST insist your mechanics check the safety and quality of their work, The rear Tyre was not replaced correctly with bolts extremely loose. If I had driven the car the likely hood would have meant the tyre would have come off

I've made you aware I have hand tightened the wheel bolts as the brakes were severely worn and needed calipers replacing and I'll be returning back once you’ve accepted the new quote for booking also said and it's not safe to drive to which you said 'yes that's fine I won't be driving it anyway'.
So I'm not sure why the negative review?
