Customer service in advance of my MOT and service was good and the team were flexible when I needed to change the time of my booking at short notice due to a flat battery, which was much appreciated. Communication on the day was quite lacking, however - I didn't receive any results or paperwork, either virtually or in person when my car was returned, and had to look up my MOT history online to find out the result.

The service report sent by email the following day had everything marked as green/completed with no extra detail or observations, including the screen wash being checked and topped up, however shortly after the service I noticed my screen wash was empty. Not a big deal in itself, but between this and the barebones report I'm now left wondering if more important checks may also have been skipped.

Overall everyone I dealt with was friendly and the pick up/drop off service was a convenient way to get my MOT done, but I'd be hesitant to book a service again as I question the completeness of the work. Read more

I have a diesel car that once the soot dilution hits 8%, the DPF filter light comes on an it's good night Vienna.
I booked an oil and filter change at 8 am Friday, the car was picked up at 1230, and returned by 2 pm.

Extra work suggested-completed? Not one shred of paperwork. Old spark plugs still in situ. Couldn' t get a replacement new tyre. Come on! Very poor communication. No receipt for money given to collector (£10) for low petrol level.

Was a little sceptical at first. Car collected only just within time window, but driver very polite. The car was returned and everything was as it should be, no problems. Communication was 5*, kept informed every step of the way.
