Yes he was both, I'm happy yes couldn't get the other thing I wanted done due to rust, but he explained it would still be safe so he refunded me for the other service.

Simon was great - punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my car quickly, to the agreed price, and took it for a 10 mile test drive afterwards to make sure that everything was ok. I'm delighted with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
