Im only responding to this ridiculous review so that any onlookers will know the proper story!
If you book an inspection you must have the vehicle fully accessible for the mechanic to get at all sides and parts of the vehicle - you on the other hand had an automatic car with an electric handbrake which was parked up tight against a wall in a high walled garden so i couldnt access the boot area to get at battery and was only able to get into the car through one door. Your battery was nearly dead and no way for me to get jump leads at it to provide power to it to be able to move it out into a suitable working area.
You paid for 1 hour labour and i was there just over 2 hours. You were told by me that your starter motor was seized and needed changed which you admitted that this has happened before and there were melted wires in the back of the car. Regarding your statement of tools..... I have more tools than a tool shop and I am very well equipped!
