He picked up the car a day earlier than anticipated (checking first that that was ok with us), kept us fully up to speed with imessage on what was happening. His communication was excellent including sending photos to show us what the problem was. Polite, knowledgable and extremely efficient. We would wholeheartedly recommend him.
