James is a great guy. Easy to engage and discuss the issues. Took time to explain the problem and also identified root cause. He recommended a solution after fixing my original booking.

I had a totally blocked dpf.It was over the Christmas period so was impossible to get it seen.James replied saying he would take the job. Even though James was very busy he got down to sort my car.He worked into the small hours of the morning. My dpf is now like new. When he first tested it it came in at 108 kpa when he had finished it was 0.8 kpa. Much appreciated

Andy was great he arrived on time and he went about diagnosing the problem. He told me that it was a worn gear linkage and explained how it can become worn over time. He then provided a price from click mechanic which was very reasonable and I have booked the work in via click mechanic
