Don’t go near this guy! Booked Dan to do full service, arrived on time but left after 22 mins saying he’d have to come back the next day as he’d got the wrong air filter. Took the money straight away. Despite several messages when he was chased saying he’d come out he never returned. Now ignoring messages, didn’t reply to ClickMechanic.

Oil filter was out of stock (these things happen and I'm not going to mark anything down because of this) We rescheduled for the next day and everything was done efficiently and within the allotted timescale. Very happy with the service provided.

Daniel did a great job, very professional, friendly service. He had to order a filter which was out of stock so that delayed it by a day but out of his control. Would definitely use the service again 10/10

Sorted everything out and replaced my oil and filter quickly would definitely have him sorting the car again

Booked for a 12pm-2pm slot and did not arrive until around 4.30pm. Did receive a couple of updates but a bit annoyed that I paid an extra £10 for a priority slot and then to turn up nearly 2.5 hours after. He was good though, quickly diagnosed the snapped handbrake cable and sent a quote for the additional work to be done. Now just waiting for someone to accept the additional work.

Yes. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable.
He diagnosed the problem very quickly, but unfortunately due to the nature of the problem was unable to fix it.
However, because he diagnosed it I am in a much better position to get it fixed.
