I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that was provided. In the past, I have utilized online services where my car was taken to a garage and a final report, complete with pictures of the service provided, was given to me. The technicians lifted the car and conducted a thorough inspection.
However, I feel as though I have been deceived this time around. My car service was completed in just 20 minutes, and I highly doubt that the 77-point check was actually performed.
I am requesting that someone from your team reach out to me to address this issue. If not, I will be leaving a review on Trustpilot. Prior to booking, I checked your reviews and saw that you had a rating of 4.6. I am now wondering how that score was achieved. Read more
