Would have liked a little more detail of the work required on our car , but overall another positive experience.

Service was great. Saved between 300 to 600 on my other quotes.
I got pictures of the worn discs and pads and then the completed job. worked really well.

The vehicle was picked up and dropped off seamlessly. The work was done exactly as quoted and photos and a report followed.

Very pleased with the whole experience through booking to getting my van back. I got called on the day of collection to be advised the driver was running late, wasn't a problem and I was kept informed so brilliant customer service. Received updates regarding my Van, also received a full report and pictures of the work via my online account. Price was very reasonable especially considering there was a pick up and drop off service. I will definitely be using this service again, it seems a no hassle way of car servicing and repairs.

There was a delay with pick up of the car and during the repair, however this was due to the complexity of the part required and I was informed throughout the process.

The chaps were lovely. Everything’s seems fine. They were just a little late though due to a part not being in when they needed it. Slight panic stations for me though as I didn’t know where they were and you can’t ring anyone. It’s all done online but once they communicated everything was just great. 👍
