The service was excellent. At a time when I was unable to leave the house post surgery, the collection and drop off service was perfect. Really happy with the work carried out and the car feels smooth to drive again. The only issue I had was that my car had to stay in overnight for extra work and I was charged a further £35 for the priority slot fee when I didn't really have any other option.

My mechanic was very polite and friendly. I am very happy with the work they completed and would be happy to use their services again. The mechanics communication and update on a 2 hour delay due to the weather and other scheduled jobs 30mins before the end of my 2 hour priority window which was greatly appreciated. However at 10pm and still no mechanic I deemed it too late to have the work carried out in consideration for the neighbours and the noise I expected when the work was being carried out.
The appointment was promptly rescheduled for the Monday but the priority fee was still taken which I must say is my only gripe.

Long way to travel to collect and return but the poor guy did it without fuss, returning the car at 10pm. Photos were added to the website as promised, and I can see from the car this morning that the discs and pads have been changed. And the MOT done too. Comms up front were speedy, clear and friendly. Not driven the car yet but I've not doubt when I do it'll all be good. All in all a remarkably good experience - I'll definitely do this again instead of going to the dealer or shopping around elsewhere, and have already recommended Clickmechanic to my family.
