Hi Anees
Thanks for your feedback
It took a bit longer to complete the whole job, due to the model of the car, and year. (Newer models)
Came a bit later the other day due to heavy traffic

Well the car needed some attention to the dpf....the mechanic came out to do a regen couldn't do that but we had to pay for that then he called out to clean the dpf and we had to pay again....then he had to come back back and fit a sensor ....and we had to pay for that aswell ....just a bit disappointed we had to pay for the first job he couldn't do

Hi Robert
Thanks for your feedback.
You had to pay for the first job because I have attended, but the forced regeneration hasn’t gone through because of the excessive soot in the DPF
So I had to re-attend to do a chemical cleaning, and a forced regeneration again.
And finally I found out what was the reason your dpf got clogged, a faulty MAP sensor, and I had to come the 3rd time to replace. You’ve been paid for the job I have completed on your car, nothing extra.

Alex is the worst mechanic I ever came across.
All we asked is to tell us what is wrong with the car and then fix the car. He did not do that! He came and start replacing the parts we have spent all ready over £1000 and the car is still the same as it was! He told us when u replace the parts all will be fixed! It’s not! His job was to answer our questions we was looking for, advice us what to do if he couldn’t fix it or just fix it ! Simple ! Regardless what was problem with the car! We have only asked him to clean DPF but he offered himself to fix the car afterwards as still wasn’t working, The reason we chose Alex is because he was mobile and was suitable for us as I was working from home for a week.
I have given him a trust.Do not offer to fix the car if you do not know what is the problem or can’t fix it!
Now after all he came with excuses that we have done something wrong and that’s not his fault car is not working, I’m sure you are the mechanic and regardless what is the problem we pay and you fix it!
I am absolutely furious of what terrible service we have received!
Never using them again just be careful as this service is not right! Do not use them if you do not want to throw loads of money for no reason and car still not being fixed what you do not have.

Thanks for your “sincere “ feedback.
1. Of all I have cleaned the DPF on your car because you drove the car for over 3 or 4 months and completely clogged it until the car wouldn’t move properly. Then I suggested that there is another fault on the diagnostic machine that is the faulty throttle body will need replacing. I have suggested you to replace it asap otherwise that will clog the dpf back again, because the check engine light is still on and the car will drive in limp mode. You have replaced it and then another fault came on after 1 week with the maf sensor. Which again will take car in limp mode and clog the DPF back.
You haven’t replaced this and drove it for couple of hundreds miles. I did came back and done a forced regeneration to clean the DPF. All these parts have been damaged due to the lack of service and maintenance. You need to book a diagnostic inspection as soon as your car will trigger a warning light, to avoid costly repairs in the future.
