Mohammed kept us informed of when he would arrive, as we were having an MOT as well as a service he kept us updated on progress. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with. Stamped our service book and gave us some useful tips on the car.

I was very DISAPPOINTED because your mechaniic arrived late he found and the car business car park was about to be locked. To make matters worse he found another auto electrician already finished the job but surprisingly repeated the same diagnosis. This means that I was billed twice for the same job. I raised this issue with your mechanic but he wouldn't listen. To be honest I had a very bad experience. I still feel I was robbed

Mohammed arrived early to carry out a spark plug and ignition coil change on my Mini Cooper. He was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions. Clearly knowledgeable and displayed transparency on another underlying issue, showing me photos and summarised what exactly needs to be done , previous garages didn’t pinpoint the oil leaking into the spark plug bay causing shaking when accelerating. Would highly recommend !
