Mechanic was great and got the job done very quickly. Unfortunately they were let down by their office team who had ordered the wrong part meaning that he had to come back the next day. He was late to the initial job due to the same reason. Score has downgraded to reflect poor office team performance.

Really helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately there were other problems with the car that meant it could not be repaired but food advice given.
