The first visit was booked through ClickMechanic and went smoothly. The mechanic arrived on time and I received an official receipt. However, the following two visits (charged at £60/hour) were informal and poorly managed. There was no clear timing, I was told “I’m coming now” without any fixed slot, which made it very difficult to plan. The mechanic also mentioned being unwell during this time, causing further delays. Despite all this, I stayed flexible. But during the final appointment, when I was just 10 minutes late, he left without waiting which felt unfair considering the flexibility I showed on earlier visits.
I repeatedly asked for a receipt for the additional payments, and although he promised to email it, I never received one. This left me disappointed and unable to document the cost properly. I had to change job location at last minute due to work commitments. He was able to still carry out required work at work location without any hesitation.
