Late pick up from a very surly fella.Was giving no indication who he was or where was taking my car to until I asked for details. Got to 5 and I rang to be told there was no one to bring my car back but they could return it the following day which was unacceptable. Paid £8.90 in a taxi to go and pick it up which deleted the object of me booking a collect and return service.I gave no idea whether they carried out a good job or not but based on the shoddy service of late pick up and no return I could not say if a service Gas been done .First time using clickmechanic and based in this the last.

My car failed a mot with a broke coil spring and head light, he ordered the parts and I paid for the repairs, car was supposed to arrive back to me and came back very late.

Overall happy with the work, unhappy with the delay and amount of time taken.
