1. Farooq and Cliff told me that they had been given the wrong brake pads - which turned the one-day repair into a week's affair.
2. In addition, when I first used the car after the service it didn't run smoothly but cut out many times, often at awkward moments. This has improved now somewhat, but Cliff said I should call him if it continued.
3. Phone and email messages regarding appointments were not always coordinated. The mechanics were good at returning calls but the emails were not brought up-to-date regarding new dates.

Farooq was polite and friendly and carried out a full service, brake pads and discs changed, all seems to be done to a high standard.
