Johnnie was great, explained what was wrong - and fixed it! Needed to reset service indicators, which another mechanic failed to do. All good now!

I needed a quick diagnosis and repair as my car had failed it MOT with a high street market leading chain.
They did not have the time to investigate so I needed click mechanics help. This was my first experience with them. My mechanic, Johnnie was excellent. Punctual, helpful and and so polite. He explained what he'd found showed me a video of the issue arranged a new part a quote a new date to fit only 2 days later. Showed me the new part too before fitting. I am now able to do a retest within the time frame. I cannot thank Johnnie enough for his efforts. Johnnie was brilliant from beginning to end. Can't recommend him enough. Thanks to him I now have a lovely warm car (which I didn't have before he changed the heater matrix on it).
